Here at Tanya Lee Fashion we want you to love your Purchase! But if for any reason there is an issue with it, we have flexible return options available to make sure your experience with us is amazing! If you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong colour/size, we will happily offer store credit (valid for 6months) for the item/s returned within 14days in its original condition and package. In the unlikely case you have received a faulty or incorrect item/s, we will gladly refund the method of payment used. 

 

The Details

Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your items. All returns will be automatically processed for store credit; if an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order via email to sales@tanyaleefashion.com.au and an additional waiting period may apply. You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.

Due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfil an exchange request.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we are unable to accept this item as a return and it will be returned to sender.

All sale items are finial.
